Kirov officials signed agreements worth 126 billion rubles at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. In particular, an agreement was signed with the developers of the region on the integrated development of territories. It is planned to build more than one million square meters of housing on 110 hectares of land as part of the CRT. In the future, the project may be expanded by an additional 70 hectares.
In addition, an agreement has been signed with the scientific and technical center "Modul", which will participate in the creation of a world-class campus. The project will provide a training platform in the fields of microelectronics, mechanical engineering and artificial intelligence.
Kirov officials also met with representatives of the T Plus company. They promised to update more than 27 kilometers of heating networks in several cities of the region in the near future.
In addition, during the SPIEF, the construction project of the southern bypass of Kirov with the participation of the Autobahn company was discussed. And the agreement with Boos Lighting Group will allow us to implement a large-scale project to install modern lighting in 95 settlements, where about 200 thousand people live.
In the field of ecology, an agreement has been signed with the Russian Environmental Operator. A waste recycling complex is being built in the region, and two more similar facilities and two waste sorting stations will be built by 2028. The total investment will amount to about 3 billion rubles.
The agro-industrial sector will be replenished with a new dairy complex in Vyatskopolyansky district. Investments in the project will amount to 5 billion rubles, the company will be able to produce up to 150 tons of milk per day.
An agreement has been reached with Rosagroleasing to continue the supply of agricultural machinery. Last year, thanks to the cooperation, enterprises in the region received 129 new cars worth more than 716 million rubles.
An agreement was also signed on the development of swimming infrastructure in the region. New pools will be built in Vyatsky Polyany and Slobodsky. Additional sports facilities are planned to be built in other municipalities.
