The speaker replied that the Ministry of Transport would act within its authority. "The transportation organizer is the municipality. We cannot make binding decisions here," she said. — But we support the position that it is necessary to meet the needs of the population. I believe that the municipality should listen to the wishes of the people."
This response caused outrage among the deputies. Some of them accused the Ministry of Transport of not being able to influence the municipality in any way, although in theory it should. And also that, in fact, according to some deputies, he does not solve the problem at all and cannot present a program for the development of the transport sector in the coming years.
