Only half of Kirov trolleybuses meet the norm
According to the Ministry of Transport, 63 carriers are currently operating in the Kirov region. The largest of them are KPAT (111 routes), ATP (15 routes), as well as Sloboda Passenger Transportation and NovoTrans.
There are more than 1,000 buses and 76 trolleybuses in the region. Only 68% of buses and 51% of trolleybuses are in good condition. There are more than 500 buses in Kirov, only 62% of them are in order. In Kirovo-Chepetsk, the situation is much better — 45 buses, 93% of which correspond to the norm.
Over the past years, 161 buses have been purchased in the region. About 600 million rubles were spent on this. Many of them have "gone" to the districts.
