«❗️Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, requested Andrey Pavlovich Vinogradov, head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Kirov Region, to report on the progress and results of the investigation of the criminal case," the Investigative Committee of Russia said.

Recall that on May 30, a traffic conflict occurred at the intersection of Komsomolskaya and Chapaev streets in Kirov. It was previously established that a 47-year-old resident of Kirov inflicted several blows on the head of a woman driving a car. The woman was injured and needed medical attention. In addition, the man damaged the victim's car. All this happened in the presence of a small child from Kirov.

As it turned out later, Vladislav Gukasov, an ex-deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Kirov region, turned out to have attacked the woman. Today, on June 4, Gukasov was detained and brought to the investigator. A criminal case has been opened against Gukasov.
