The court deprived five Kirov residents of the right to hunt because of criminal records

      In the Kirov region, at the initiative of the environmental prosecutor's office, five local residents lost their right to hunt. The reason for going to court was violations in the issuance of hunting tickets.

      The check showed that all five had criminal records for premeditated crimes. Despite this, they were given hunting tickets. Federal legislation clearly prohibits the issuance of hunting tickets to citizens with outstanding or outstanding criminal records for intentional crimes. In this regard, the prosecutor's office appealed to the court, demanding that these actions be declared illegal. The court agreed with the arguments of the supervisory authority and terminated the right of citizens to hunt.
