      Another important change concerns owners of vehicles powered by natural gas. In 2023, benefits were introduced for them for the period from 2023 to 2025: a full tax exemption for passenger cars with a capacity of up to 110 horsepower and a 50 percent discount for cars and trucks with a capacity of 110 to 150 horsepower. The law extends these tax preferences for another three years (from 2026 to 2028).
