The Legislative Assembly adopted a law on the abolition of judicial precincts

      Recall, the bill proposes:

      to abolish judicial precinct No. 9 in Vyatskopolyansky district and create a similar judicial precinct in Pervomaisky district of Kirov;

      to abolish judicial precinct No. 78 in Yaransky district and create a similar judicial precinct in Oktyabrsky district of Kirov.

      The document also explains that the average monthly workload of magistrates in Kirov is almost twice the average for the region. At the same time, the load on the existing judicial precincts No. 9 and No. 78 is lower than on the rest of the region. As for the locals, nothing much will change for them. The new judicial precincts will start operating on November 1, 2025.

      The deputies of the Legislative Assembly supported the bill introduced by the governor. 36 people voted in favor.
