After the speeches of the regional leadership and contractors, who are "about to be completed," with remarks like "why lie," Blagoveshchensky actually got a job at the Ministry of Education during the search for another "whipping boy" and "distributing cradles."..       Probably, the leadership of the region decided not to put the heads of construction and education ministers on the chopping block, but to "merge" something worse — 39-year-old "deputy minister" Konstantin Blagoveshchensky, who served in office for 7 months.

      An interlocutor from Rospotrebnadzor also shared the opinion that building a school in a ravine — at the intersection of two main roads — is virtually impossible with the existing algorithm of vehicle traffic — the degree of gas pollution and noise is too high, and children cannot go there.:

      However, as the interlocutor explained, there is an option to improve the air quality in the Hair: the volume of toxins will decrease slightly if, for example, part of the transport is allowed to bypass the interchange, leaving only the flow of cars from the Trade Union, and the rest go northwest along Oktyabrsky Prospekt.
