Deputies of the Kirov City Duma supported the transfer of the Zvezdny children's recreation and recreation camp to regional ownership. According to Galina Filippova, the Department of Municipal Property, the camp's property is currently being used by the Vyatka Vacations regional institution on the basis of a gratuitous use agreement.
The camp is planned to be used not only for summer children's recreation, but also for military-patriotic and sporting events. The transfer of the facility, according to the authorities, is necessary for inclusion in the federal project for the reconstruction of the camp base.
"In accordance with Federal Law No. 122-FZ, property in municipal ownership, which may be owned by a subject of the Russian Federation, is subject to gratuitous transfer to the property of the subject in the event that this property is used by state institutions. This is our case," Filippova said.
Deputy Vladimir Zhuravlev asked if shifts would be held in June, to which he was told that the camp would open only in July. At the same time, Deputy Mikhail Kremlev recalled that this issue had been dealt with in detail by the commission. As reported by Vyatka Vacations, the shift may not open on the first of July, but only from the middle. He also noted that the transfer to the ownership of the region is a very right step, however, fears that the camp may not open by the first of July are confirmed. "Vyacheslav Nikolaevich, I remind you that, on your personal word of honor, the camp will be open from the first of June. Unfortunately, your word has not been fulfilled," the deputy addressed the head of the administration.
Zhuravlev added that, according to his information from a conversation with Vyatka Holidays, July is also questionable, and it is pointless to carry out one shift in August: "Initially, we knew that we would not be able to work in June. Moreover, I talked to Vyatka Holidays, they say that it will most likely be questionable for July, and there is no point in opening for one month for August this year."
Despite the criticism, the deputies made a decision — all 33 present voted "for" the transfer of the Zvezdny to the ownership of the Kirov region.
