The authorities of the Kirov region have submitted amendments to the regional budget for 2025 and the planning period 2026-2027. Thus, budget revenues for 2025 will increase by 492.4 million rubles, expenses will decrease by 408.7 million rubles.
Significant funds in 2025 will be allocated to support the participants of the special military operation and their families. This is more than 115 million rubles.
It is proposed to allocate about 230 million rubles for subsidies for the overhaul of apartment buildings, including a survey of their technical condition and payment of interest on repair loans. However, many deputies did not support the relevant bill, and it is not a fact that it will be adopted.
More than 298 million rubles will be allocated to complete the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing. We are talking about housing in Kirov, Kirovo-Chepetsk, Sosnovka, Zuyevka and Omutninsk.
Funds are also provided for the completion of the construction of a polyclinic in the village of Svecha and for technical support of the regional medical information system.
Due to the change in construction dates, part of the cost of constructing schools in Kotelnich and Nolinsk is postponed from 2025 to 2026-2027. At the same time, funds in the amount of more than 708 million rubles have been reserved for the completion of the construction of a school in Kirov on Stroiteley Avenue. In addition, the costs of equipping schools under construction in the Dolgushino and Ozerki neighborhoods are being postponed.
Other areas include the provision of subsidies to resource—supplying organizations, support for non-profit organizations in the field of sports, retrofitting veterinary facilities to work with stray animals, as well as subsidies to Kirovo-Chepetsk as part of a social partnership. In 2026, funds are planned for the development of project documentation for the construction of the main street in Kirov (Lipatnikov Avenue) and for the support of the regional capital repair fund.
