On February 23 of this year, a 22-year-old drunk Kirov resident was near one of Kirov's entertainment venues. He approached the strangers and began brandishing the knife he had with him. One of the women made a remark to him, after which the guy swung his fist at her and tried to hit her. Then the young man showed the citizens a tattoo, which is the symbol of a terrorist organization banned in the territory of the Russian Federation. The investigators have collected exhaustive evidence incriminating the defendant in the commission of the alleged acts. In this regard, the criminal case was sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
