The backhoe loader driver who crushed the woman will appear in court

      On January 8, a 57-year-old resident of Kirov, who was clearing snow from the territory of the Mashinostroitel stadium, while reversing on an excavator loader, did not slow down in time and ran over a woman. The victim was hospitalized with injuries in a medical facility, however, some time later the Kirov resident died in the hospital.

      The man is accused of committing a crime under Part 2 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing death by negligence due to improper performance of professional duties by a person). The investigator has collected a sufficient evidentiary base, and therefore the criminal case has been sent to court for consideration on its merits.
