In Kirov, more than 60% of employers accept graduates for internships

According to a study by the SuperJob service, 63% of employers in Kirov are ready to accept university and college graduates for internships. This shows that most companies in the region are open to cooperation with young professionals who want to start a career.

Every fifth company has well-established internship programs. Other employers hire interns without a systematic approach, but they still give newcomers a chance to try their hand at the profession. Almost half of the organizations indicate that they are ready to employ the majority of their interns based on the results of the internship.

Young people themselves most often view internships as an opportunity to gain real skills. 64% of the survey participants named this as their main goal, while 10% admitted that they were looking for a permanent job in this way. In fact, two thirds have already applied for a job at the place where they completed their internship.
