Two thirds of Kirov residents complain of constant difficulties at work
Research Service hh.ru I conducted a survey among residents of the Volga Federal District, including the Kirov region, to find out what difficulties workers most often face. It turned out that 66% of Kirov residents regularly experience problems at work. Only 13% of the respondents had never experienced anything like this.
The most common reason for dissatisfaction was unclear instructions from management and overloading with responsibilities. More than half of the respondents noted that they often do not know where to start work and where to direct their efforts. Employees also complained about outdated equipment and a lack of necessary software.
The respondents paid special attention to burnout and stress, which they face due to instability in companies, layoffs and constant changes. Some are unhappy with protracted meetings and workplace distractions.
Despite this, 60% of the respondents admitted that they were already used to constant difficulties and had learned how to cope with the workload. Automated task allocation systems are used by only a third of the respondents. The rest have to deal with the amount of work manually. At the same time, some people note that after such workloads they need extra days off or a mini-vacation, while others admit that they are already on the verge of quitting.
