The Vyatka Diocese has published the schedule of the Velikoretsky procession

      The website of the Vyatka Diocese has published the schedule of the Velikoretsk procession, which will be held from 3 to 8 June 2025. The Velikoretsky procession will begin with the Divine Liturgy at the Holy Dormition Cathedral of the Trifonov Monastery. The Divine Liturgy begins at 07:00. At 9 a.m.— a prayer service with an akathist to St. Nicholas the Wonderworker on the cathedral square of the Holy Dormition Trifonov Monastery. At 10 a.m., the pilgrims will leave the Trifonov Monastery for a religious procession to the Velikaya River.

      On the same day, June 3, the procession will be celebrated at the Trinity Church in Kirov at 11:30 a.m. At 14:00 the procession will leave the Trinity Church, at 18:30 the pilgrims will reach the village of Bobino, where a prayer service with the akathist to St. Nicholas the Wonderworker will take place. There will also be the first overnight stay of the pilgrims in Bobino.

      Wednesday, June 4:

      9:00 a.m. - Arrival of the Procession in the village of Gorokhovo. The Divine Liturgy

      12-00 - Departure of the procession from Gorokhovo village 16-30-17-00

      - Departure of buses from St. Seraphim's Cathedral in Kirov to the village of Velikoretskoye

      18-00 - Meeting of the Procession in the Velikoretsky Courtyard. Moleben to St. Nicholas the Wonderworker

      Earlier it was reported that preparations for the Velikoretsky procession have already begun in Kirov. According to the regional government, buses from Kirov to the village of Velikoretskoye will traditionally be allowed for pilgrims. Medical teams will accompany the pilgrims along the way, along with the faithful.
