On May 6, Rosselkhoznadzor employees conducted an inspection of a catering company located on Sovetskaya Street in Kotelnich. It turned out that an individual entrepreneur sells shawarma made from shish kebab. However, this point was not registered in the traceability system of FGIS "VetIS" animal products. In addition, veterinary documents for meat used for cooking shawarma were not issued.
The Rosselkhoznadzor decided that all this contradicts the requirements of Russian legislation and a number of technical regulations of the Customs Union. On May 7, the entrepreneur was warned.
