According to the new presidential decree, foreigners who stay in Russia in violation of the rules have a chance to rectify their situation. To do this, they need to contact the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Kirov region or the local branch of the Passport and Visa service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs at 38 Energetikov Street in Kirov by September 10. There they will be able to apply for documents allowing them to work or reside in Russia temporarily or permanently.
At the moment, 45 people have already used this opportunity in the Kirov region. Now they can legally stay in Russia and officially find a job.
