On the evening of April 29, criminal investigation officers were at one of the houses on Angelil Mikheev St. in Kirov. At some point, they unreasonably used physical force against a 39-year-old man and handcuffed him. As a result of illegal actions, the victim suffered physical pain and bodily injuries in the form of a closed rib fracture on the right and abrasions.
A criminal case has been opened against the operational police officers. They are suspected of committing a crime under clauses "a, b, d", Part 3 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (abuse of official authority). At the moment, investigators are establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
