The Kirov region trains personnel for management companies

      Specialists of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Kirov region conducted an inspection visit to the house at 48a Gorbacheva St. The residents of the house contacted the GJI about the unfair work of the management company.

      Together with the chief state inspector Evgenia Varankina, students who study in the specialty "Management of apartment buildings" participated in the departure, and in the future will become employees of management organizations and will be responsible for the maintenance of houses.

      — Knowledge is necessary for proper maintenance of the house. In the future, our students will lead locksmiths, technicians, and electricians. To do this, they need to know the regulatory documents and housing legislation. Now we have an industrial practice, we are participating in an inspection visit of the GJI, the guys are practicing the theoretical knowledge gained during the lectures," says Evgeny Bichkov, a lecturer at the College of Industry and Automotive Service, head of one of Kirov's management organizations.

      The GJI inspector recorded violations in the house, talked with the residents, and then answered the students' questions about what actions the management company should have taken to solve the problem.

      The training of professional personnel for the housing and communal services sector in the region will continue.

      — It is very important that qualified personnel come to the housing and communal services sector, to the management of apartment buildings. The quality of people's lives depends on it. Unfortunately, today, the sphere of house management, like other spheres of housing and communal services, is experiencing a shortage of personnel. To solve this problem, on behalf of the President, a new national project "Personnel" has been developed, which will solve, among other things, the task of professional training and additional professional education of specialists in various fields," says Alexey Zherdev, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Kirov region.
