      A criminal case was opened against the men. They are charged under Part 3 of Article 260 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. During the preliminary investigation, the material damage totaling more than 9 million 800 thousand rubles, which was caused to the forest fund, was compensated.

      At the moment, the case has been sent to the Sovetsky District Court of the Kirov region for consideration on the merits.
