The Legislative Assembly adopted a law on personnel support in rural areas

      The draft law "On measures to develop human resources in the field of agricultural production in the Kirov region" proposes to introduce new state support measures in the region.

      Thus, full-time students who receive a profession in demand in the agro-industrial complex and have signed a target agreement with a future employer will be able to receive an increased scholarship. Young professionals up to and including 35 years of age will receive an annual allowance for the first three years of continuous work. A one-time payment is also being introduced for them to purchase, build or renovate housing or rent an apartment or house in rural areas and pay for utilities for the first three years of work.

      Payments to students and young professionals will be made by employers. In the future, they will be reimbursed from the regional budget for up to 50% of the costs incurred.

      The bill was adopted in the first reading on March 27. Today, the Legislative Assembly considered and adopted it in the second reading.
