Since the beginning of the year, 437 residents of the Kirov region have received payments from the pension savings of their deceased relatives. The total amount transferred by the department of the Social Fund of Russia in the Kirov region for these purposes amounted to 16.5 million rubles.
The relatives of the deceased person have the right to receive such payments if they did not manage to receive a funded pension during their lifetime or their pension was not recalculated taking into account these savings. Pension savings were formed in the period from 2002 to 2013. It should be noted that since 2014, all employer contributions go only to the insurance part of the pension.
