Real estate registration in one day has been available in Russia since 2025
Amendments introduced by Federal Law No. 207-FZ of July 22, 2024 entered into force in Russia on January 1, 2025. According to the new rules, Rosreestr provides an opportunity to carry out registration actions in an expedited manner — in one working day instead of the standard time limit established by law.
The service is available for both individuals and legal entities. Accelerated registration is applied in the following cases:
mortgage registration based on the relevant agreement;
registration of ownership of an apartment under a purchase and sale agreement (with the exception of transactions conducted through public auctions).
The innovation is designed for those who are interested in the prompt execution of real estate transactions and want to obtain legally confirmed rights as quickly as possible. Registration will be carried out on the next business day after the application is submitted.
