      Against the background of a growing shortage of personnel, Kirov employers are switching to continuous recruiting, which leads to accelerated digitalization of recruitment processes. According to the latest research, 60% of enterprises and organizations in the city use recruitment automation systems.

      1C—based programs are the most popular - 22% of companies use them. The Bitrix24 system is used in 13% of cases. 8% of employers automated the recruitment of employees using E-Staff Recruiter, and 5% each using the Huntflow platform or specialized solutions developed internally. Also, 3% use the Potok service, and 2% use FriendWork.

      At the same time, there is a growing interest in the digitalization of personnel document management. 55% of organizations have already switched to the electronic format. Of these, 34% have fully digitized their personnel documents, and another 21% have partially digitized them.

      Experts note that the further development of recruiting and document management technologies can become a key factor in the struggle for qualified personnel in the region.
