Meat without documents was seized at the Rosinka cafe in the Kotelnichsky district.

Violations of veterinary legislation were found in the Rosinka Cafe, located in the village of Bogomolovy, Kotelnichsky district, Kirov region. The individual entrepreneur prepared dishes from semi-finished meat products without the necessary accompanying documents, which became the basis for administrative punishment.

According to the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Kirov Region, the Udmurt Republic and the Perm Territory, the inspection was carried out on March 5, 2025 in coordination with the Prosecutor's Office of the Kirov region. During an on—site inspection, it turned out that in February, the cafe received 13,275 kg of mutton — "A shank on the back of the bone" - without veterinary accompanying documents.

The lack of documents makes it impossible to trace the origin of the products and ensure their safety. At the time of the inspection, 1,205 kg of the specified meat was stored in the freezer of the cafe along with high-quality products, which also violates sanitary standards. The specified semi-finished product was arrested, and the entrepreneur was ordered to destroy or dispose of the products by April 30 of this year.

As a result of the audit on April 8, 2025, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the entrepreneur under Part 1 of Article 10.8 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, and a fine of 3 thousand rubles was imposed on him.

The Rosselkhoznadzor emphasizes that the actions of the entrepreneur violated the norms of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Veterinary Medicine", as well as the rules for registration of veterinary accompanying documents and the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union concerning the safety of food and meat.
