In Kotelnichi district, a security guard of the organization got drunk and died

      On February 23, the 61-year-old watchman of the agricultural production cooperative Iskra Collective Farm felt unwell and lost consciousness during a tour of the territory. The worker who helped him took the victim to the premises. Later, the shift that started work found the watchman without signs of life, and the medical aid team arrived and pronounced the worker dead. According to the conclusion of the forensic medical examination, the death of the watchman occurred as a result of poisoning with ethyl alcohol.

      The causes of the accident were the presence of a man in a state of alcoholic intoxication, as well as the failure of the head of the site to monitor the failure of a subordinate employee to comply with the requirements of labor protection and labor discipline.

      As explained by the deputy head of the State Labor Inspectorate, A. D. Loginov, the accident was classified as unrelated to production. The employer was given an order to consider bringing to disciplinary responsibility those who committed violations. In addition, the issue of bringing a legal entity and responsible officials to administrative responsibility in accordance with art. 5.27.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation is being considered.
