      Residents of Russia and 89 other countries will write a "Victory Dictation" organized by United Russia. On April 25, about 35,000 sites will open for the test. The secretary of the General Council of the party, Vladimir Yakushev, noted that their number had already increased 20 times during the campaign's existence, and the number of participants had increased 13 times.

      — Dictation has become the largest historical test in the world, which millions of people strive to pass not only in Russia, but also abroad. More and more people pay homage to the soldiers of Victory who saved the world from the Nazi plague in this way," he said.

      Vladimir Yakushev emphasized that the inclusion of foreign participants in the campaign helps to solve the important task of preserving historical memory.

      In Russia, the Victory Museum on Poklonnaya Gora in Moscow has traditionally been chosen as the central venue for the patriotic event. In addition, Russians will be able to write dictation in the most unusual and iconic places for their regions, for example, on a space station or an icebreaker.
