a confirmation certificate,
and a copy of the explanatory note to the balance sheet for the previous year (except for small businesses).
Documents can be submitted through the Public Services portal, the policyholder's personal account on the SFR website, through the SED channels, personally to customer services, or sent by mail. After the review, the employer will receive a notification with the set rate.
