      At the beginning of 2022, a security obligation was approved for the facility, according to which the owners of the premises in the facility were ordered to carry out the work necessary to bring the exterior of the facility into proper condition.

      The security obligation was not fulfilled by the owners, which was the reason for applying to the court with a claim to compel the owners to fulfill these obligations.

      At the same time, the fact that the facility is included or not included in the regional capital repair program does not relieve the owners of the burden of maintaining the facility. When an object is included in such a program, the burden of maintenance does not pass to the fund, the fund only organizationally ensures major repairs," the Department of Cultural Heritage Protection reported.
