According to the Investigative Committee, in Kirov, on Pushkin Street, in a house built in 1969, hot water has been intermittent for two years due to the emergency condition of the boiler. Residents, including large families and pensioners, have difficulty providing for household needs and are forced to pay for resources that they do not actually receive. Appeals to the management company did not bring results.
The SU of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Kirov region organized an inspection on this fact.
