A 16-year-old boy has disappeared in Kirov.
The teenager was last seen on March 12 in the Leninsky district of Kirov. Since then, nothing has been known about his whereabouts.
Arseny looks 16-17 years old, tall (186 centimeters), thin, with short dark hair. He was wearing a white jacket with an orange hood, a white sweatshirt, dark blue jeans and black sneakers. A special sign is a tattoo on his left wrist in the form of a rose with the inscription Memento Mori.
