The arbitration manager of the Kalinino agricultural company was disqualified for six months

      Earlier, the Office of the Federal Register for the Kirov Region appealed to the arbitration court, demanding that the arbitration administrator from Dagestan be held administratively liable under parts 3 and 3.1 of Article 14.13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The department indicated that he had committed a number of violations of the law during the bankruptcy of Agrofirma Kalinino JSC.

      In particular, the arbitration administrator violated the deadlines for posting information about creditors' meetings and the deadlines for sending minutes of creditors' meetings to the court, did not indicate mandatory information in his reports, did not report to creditors on the use of the debtor's money, did not take measures to register real estate for the debtor, and so on.

      The court granted the claim and decided to bring the specialist to administrative responsibility. He was given a six-month suspension. The arbitration manager tried to appeal the decision, but the Court of Appeal did not change it.
