In 2025, it is planned to implement 6 projects in the Kirov region, which became the winners of the All-Russian landscaping competition, which is being held as part of the new national project "Infrastructure for Life". Landscaped territories will be created in Vyatka Polyany, Belaya Kholunitsa, Kirovo-Chepetsk, Kirsa, Kotelnich and Urzhum with federal funds.
Recently, competitions were announced to select contractors who will implement projects in Belaya Kholunitsa and Kirsa. This is reported by the Ministry of Energy and Housing of the Kirov region.
Thus, the Belaya Holunitsa city project "Bely Bereg" was developed to improve the territory, which is located directly next to the Belokholunitskaya HPP. It is planned to create a family recreation area here — a pier for fishing, a sunbathing area, boat rentals, playgrounds and cafes.
In Kirsa, a project has been developed for the development of the city's embankment, the square near the Leisure Shopping center, called "The Tale of Kirsa and Kirsinets." According to the project, it is planned to create pedestrian zones and a bike path, install a cafe, a boat station, and outdoor playgrounds for sports.
In addition to the 6 winning projects of the All-Russian competition, in 2025, under the new national project "Infrastructure for Life", 61 more territories will be improved in the Kirov Region, which were chosen by residents during the annual voting.

Preparations for the landscaping are already underway – municipalities are concluding contracts with contractors, and the design of works continues.
