The contractor who repaired the demolished house on Nekrasov Street sued the Capital Repair Fund for a million
In October 2022, the Capital Repair Fund signed an agreement with Santehmontazh LLC for the overhaul of the facade of house No. 84 on Nekrasova Street in Kirov. The cost of the work amounted to more than 1.7 million rubles. The customer transferred an advance payment of 513 thousand rubles, after which the work began.
They were supposed to last until September 2023. However, in June 2023, the Foundation unexpectedly informed the contractor that the authorities were planning to demolish the house, which meant that the FKR contract would be terminated.
Towards the end of 2023, the contractor asked to accept and pay for the completed work (at that time, the overhaul was completed in the amount of 1.6 million rubles). But the customer refused, referring to the termination of the contract. Then Santekhmontazh appealed to the Arbitration Court of the Kirov region, demanding that the FKR pay 1.1 million rubles.
The court decided to fully satisfy the company's claim. The Foundation tried to appeal this decision, but it was not possible to change it.
Earlier, we published a long article on the scandal with the aforementioned house. You can find it here.
