Gosuslugi Dom is now available for owners of individual residential buildings

      The Gosuslugi Dom application is now available for owners of individual residential buildings, including houses with blocked buildings. This was reported by the State Housing Inspectorate of the Kirov region. This is a significant expansion of functionality, given that more than a quarter of households in Russia are individual residential buildings connected to centralized utility systems.

      Thanks to the integration with GIS housing and communal services, data on real estate to which ownership is registered is uploaded to the application automatically. This allows home owners to solve all issues related to housing and communal services in one place, saving time and effort.

      Through Gosuslugi Dom, owners of individual houses can:

      Provide meter readings;

      Order meter verification;

      Pay for utilities;

      Contact resource supply organizations regarding the operation of metering devices and the correctness of payment documents;

      Provide guest access to the management of your home to relatives or tenants.

      "Our priority is to provide digitally accessible tools for solving all issues related to housing and communal services," said Konstantin Mikhailik, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation.

      The Gosuslugi Dom application is developed on the basis of GIS housing and communal services and is available for download in RuStore, AppStore, Google Play and AppGallery.
