      The Prosecutor's office of the Lebyazhsky district conducted an audit of the implementation of labor legislation and revealed violations at one of the municipal enterprises. It was established that the stokers who worked in the boiler room on weekends and holidays were not fully paid for overtime hours.

      To protect the labor rights of citizens, the district prosecutor initiated an administrative case against the official under Article 5.27, Part 6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (violation of labor legislation). The administrative material was reviewed by the State Labor Inspectorate, and the head of the institution was fined 10,000 rubles.

      As a result of the prosecutor's office's intervention, four employees received monetary compensation for overtime work in the total amount of 130 thousand rubles.
