      Kirov hosts the fifth youth forum "League of Prevention" (18+), which has become a platform for the exchange of experience and the development of effective strategies in the field of prevention of substance use, extremism, individual preventive work, as well as the development of citizenship and patriotism among young people.

      The forum was attended by representatives of the Kirov region, the republics of Komi, Mari El, Udmurtia, Perm Krai and Moscow, as well as the National Anti-terrorist Committee of our region. Alexandra Ploskonosova, Minister of Youth Policy of the Kirov Region, addressed the audience with a welcoming speech, emphasizing the key role of the forum in uniting the efforts of specialists to strengthen the health and well-being of the younger generation.

      Yulia Sokolova, Vice Rector for Media and Social Communications at Vyatka State University, noted the importance of the event as a platform for training specialists in methods of protecting young people from negative social phenomena.

      Within the framework of the forum, presentations of successful practices in countering destructive and illegal phenomena are planned, which will be shared by representatives of the Nizhny Novgorod, Vologda regions, the Republic of Mari El, Perm Krai and Moscow.

      The Prevention League will end with a festival of non-standard sports (18+) and a strategic session (18+) dedicated to the prevention of negative social phenomena in the educational and youth environment, which corresponds to the key areas of the national Youth and Children project.
