This format gives buyers the opportunity to assess the quality of work in advance and understand the structure of the house, while the developer receives feedback and can address comments before the official acceptance begins.
"I participated in the inspection of the house before receiving the keys for the first time. It was useful to see not only the apartment and the entrance but also those rooms that owners usually do not access. The project director and his team answered questions directly and without complicated formulations," shares one of the participants.

The company's openness is also confirmed by adherence to construction schedules.
