The Kirov company was afraid of losing its premises and paid off a debt of 32 million rubles.
The credit organization filed a lawsuit to recover the debt from the legal entity. The court sided with the bank, after which the enforcement proceedings were initiated at the bailiffs' department No. 2 in the Lenin district of Kirov. The amount of the debt exceeded 32 million rubles.
Initially, the bailiff held an explanatory conversation with the company's director and suggested voluntarily complying with the court's decision. However, the organization did not settle the debt.
Then the bailiff imposed a ban on registration actions regarding the property owned by the debtor. This deprived the company of the opportunity to sell or re-register the real estate.
Since this measure did not help either, the property was seized, and the procedure for its forced sale through public auctions was initiated. The prospect of losing valuable property proved to be more convincing for the company than the previous warnings. The organization promptly settled the entire debt, as well as the enforcement fee.
As a result, the property was removed from the auction, and the enforcement proceedings were terminated due to the actual fulfillment of the requirements.
