In the department of bailiffs No. 1 for the Leninsky district of Kirov, the enforcement proceedings against a 39-year-old man, who was obligated to pay alimony for two minor daughters, have been completed. As reported by the regional office of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP), the amount of debt owed by the resident of Kirov exceeded 540,000 rubles.
The debtor had long evaded fulfilling his parental obligations. He did not reside at his registered address and ignored attempts by the bailiff to contact him, hoping to avoid financial burdens. However, the agency employee applied coercive measures provided by law for such cases.
The non-payer was temporarily restricted from using a special right, which deprived him of the ability to drive a car. In addition, a travel ban outside the Russian Federation was imposed. According to the press service of the FSSP, these restrictions took effect.
Realizing that further evasion could lead to the seizure of property and administrative or criminal liability, the man quickly found the entire amount. He simultaneously transferred the full amount of alimony debt, as well as paid the enforcement fee charged within the proceedings. Now all restrictions on the debtor have been lifted. An 18-year-old resident of the Darovsky district was convicted in Kotelnich for car theft, robbery, and two thefts. A resident of Belaya Kholunitsa transferred 48 thousand for a fish finder but did not receive the package. A suspect in a series of thefts was detained in Kirov.
