11 houses were taken from the Kirov management company.

      The State Housing Inspection of the Kirov Region reported that starting from August 22, 2026, 11 apartment buildings in Kirov have been removed from the list of houses managed by the company "Remprofit." They are located at the following addresses: Orlovskaya St., 7B, Levitan St., 10, Moskovskaya St., 29B, Griboedov St., 28 and 36, Tsekhovaya St., 20, Lomonosov St., 6, Khlynovskaya St., 1 and 4G, Tchaikovsky St., 9, Northern Ring St., 20, Korolenko St., 21, Mopra St., 109. The reason was the failure to comply with the requirements of the State Housing Inspection.

      Homeowners in the aforementioned buildings will have to choose a new management company. Otherwise, it will be appointed by the administration. Until a new management company is chosen, "Remprofit" will continue to manage the buildings.

      A similar situation previously occurred with the management company "Aktiv-Komfort." It lost five apartment buildings.
