New facilities will appear in the Lenin district, on the territory of the comprehensive development "Sign." The contractor is the company "Construction Management - 43."
The total length of the new roads will be 645.2 meters. Dmitry Kozulev Street will be 517.3 meters, and Passage No. 2 will be 127.9 meters.
The contractor is required to create a two-lane roadway with asphalt concrete pavement, sidewalks, and bike paths, as well as a drainage system. They will also install road signs and pedestrian barriers, apply markings, and arrange lawns.
The contract value is 144.4 million rubles. The construction is planned to be completed by October 31, 2027.
