The Kirov branch of "Energosbyt Plus" reminded residents of the region about the necessity of timely payment for housing and communal services. According to energy workers, accumulated debts can lead to serious consequences. In case of non-payment, measures of enforcement may be applied to debtors: restrictions on transactions with property, withdrawal of funds from bank accounts, seizure of property, as well as disconnection of utility resources. Since the beginning of 2026, more than 7,000 applications have already been submitted to the court in Kirov region regarding debtors. Work is being carried out through the GAS "Justice" system, which allows for faster consideration of cases and reduces the number of errors. After the court's decision is made, documents are automatically sent to the bailiff service, and the review period for such cases usually takes less than a month. Energy workers also recommend that residents check for debts on the FSSP website, in the personal account of "Energosbyt Plus," or in the receipts.
