Replacing "Camel-Auto": the first buses from other carriers have hit the road.

      Yesterday, June 15, the company "Camel-Auto" last operated on city routes No. 19, 26, 50, 67, 70, 90, 104, 129, 136, 143, and 146. Starting today, their service is handled by JSC "ATP," JSC "KirovPassengerAutoTransport," and TEP "Transauto K."

      As reported by the Ministry of Transport of the Kirov Region, larger capacity buses of the large class have been deployed on the routes. The final stops for routes No. 104, 129, 136, and 146 have been moved to the bus station. Route No. 90 has once again become direct to CHPP-5. The current schedule is available on the website of the Central Dispatch Service.

      In the "Kirov Transport" public group, it was mentioned that on the Old Moscow Highway (routes No. 104, 129, 136, 143, 146), buses, except for the 143rd, are again departing from the bus station — as they did before January 1, 2026. On route No. 129, the number of trips has been increased from 9 to 12, adding a second large-capacity bus. On the other routes in this group, the number of vehicles remains the same: No. 104 — three, No. 136 — three, No. 143 — one, No. 146 — two.

      On the other two routes serviced by ATP and "KirovPassengerAutoTransport," large buses are also in operation. On No. 90, instead of small buses, ten vehicles are running to CHPP-5. On No. 70 — eight large buses (whereas previously "Camel-Auto" operated 7-8 small buses on this route with a planned ten).

      There are virtually no changes on routes No. 19, 26, 50, and 67. According to the "Kirov Transport" public group, small buses from "Camel-Auto" continue to operate alongside buses from TEP "Transauto K" under one sign. As of the morning of June 16, there were two small buses operating on routes No. 19 and 26, three on No. 50, and four on No. 67.

      Recall that the need to launch larger capacity buses on the Old Moscow Highway was discussed back in the fall of 2025. At that time, specialists from the transport department of the Kirov administration found that during peak morning hours, small capacity buses were unable to cope with the passenger flow, and they discussed with carriers the possibility of deploying larger vehicles on the routes.
