Kirov residents were told how to obtain a subsidy for gasification.

      Residents of the Kirov region can apply for state support for the gasification of private households. This refers to compensation for already incurred expenses or subsidies for the purchase of equipment and the necessary work. The maximum amount of such assistance is up to 100,000 rubles. Compensation can be obtained for work already completed: designing the gas network, constructing the gas pipeline within the plot, purchasing and installing gas equipment, as well as modernizing the heating and ventilation system. To receive compensation, the average monthly income of the applicant or family must not exceed 1.5 times the subsistence minimum per person. In 2026, this figure is 25,284 rubles. Additionally, the applicant must be registered and reside in the gasified house. Compensation can only be requested after the completion of work and payment of all expenses. For this, supporting documents must be provided. Furthermore, there is a separate subsidy in the region for those participating in the gasification program who have already signed a contract for connection to gas distribution networks. In this case, the family's income must not exceed one subsistence minimum — 16,856 rubles per person. These funds can be used for the purchase of a boiler, stove, meters, gas concentration control systems, and other work within the plot. For certain categories of citizens, income is not taken into account at all. This applies to large families, veterans, disabled individuals, participants of the Special Military Operation (SMO), and their family members, as well as families with disabled children. Applications can be submitted to social protection authorities at the place of residence or through the Multifunctional Center (MFC).
