Since the beginning of the year, "T Plus" has filed lawsuits against debtors 7,000 times.
The Kirov branch of "Energosbyt Plus" reminded residents of the region about the necessity to pay for housing and communal services on time. According to energy workers, accumulated debts can lead to serious consequences. In case of non-payment, enforcement measures may be applied to debtors: restrictions on transactions with property, withdrawal of funds from bank accounts, property seizure, as well as disconnection of utility resources. Since the beginning of 2026, more than 7,000 applications have already been submitted to the court in Kirov region regarding debtors. The work is being carried out through the GAS "Justice" system, which allows for faster case consideration and reduces the number of errors. After the court's decision is made, the documents are automatically sent to the bailiff service, and the review period for such cases usually takes less than a month. Energy workers also recommend that residents check for debts on the FSSP website, in the personal account of "Energosbyt Plus," or in the receipts.
