Alexander Tarasov works as a crane operator on a rotational basis. He has worked at the Salmanovskoye field, in Dixon, and is currently involved in the "Sakhalin-1" and "Sakhalin-2" projects in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
One day, his colleague suddenly felt very ill. Alexander did not panic and began to provide first aid: he performed artificial respiration and closed chest massage—and continued until the medics arrived. The doctors confirmed that his actions saved the person's life.
Alexander was thanked by the company's management and the doctors who arrived on the call. His colleagues and fellow villagers asked the editorial team to share this act.
Currently, Alexander Tarasov is on duty in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
