The building of the May Day Court is set to undergo major renovations.
The Administration of the Judicial Department in the Kirov Region is looking for a contractor to carry out comprehensive capital repairs of the building of the Prvomaisky District Court in the city of Kirov. This is reported on the government procurement website.
More than 117.3 million rubles have been allocated for the work. Applications for participation in the competition are accepted until June 4, 2026. The deadline for completing the work is from the date of signing the contract until October 31, 2027. In particular, it is planned to put in order the walls and floors of the building, replace windows and doors, repair the roof and facade, install plumbing, sewage, heating, electrical supply, ventilation, install new equipment, and much more. In addition to the building itself, landscaping of the territory is planned.
By the way, the documentation on the government procurement website states that the building is located at Preobrazhenskaya, 67. However, the website of the Prvomaisky Court states that it is located at Kalinina, 57.
