According to the materials of the supervisory authority, the conflict between the parties occurred on November 30, 2025, right at the girl's workplace. During the clarification of the relationship, the saleswoman used obscene language towards the victim. The incident was recorded on video. The Prosecutor's Office qualified the actions of the shop employee under part 1 of article 5.61 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation ("Insult") and initiated administrative proceedings. After reviewing the case, the court found the 20-year-old offender guilty. The punishment chosen by the court is a fine of 3,000 rubles.
