In Kirov, bailiffs assisted a victim of a traffic accident near the building of the Arbitration Court.

      According to the Main Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Kirov Region, the incident occurred during the service of bailiffs on the OUPDS. Thanks to constant monitoring of the adjacent territory through the video surveillance system, the staff saw how the driver of a passenger car stopped at the pedestrian crossing to let a girl pass. However, the pedestrian stumbled and fell, ending up in the driver's blind spot. The car moved off, and a collision occurred.

      The bailiffs reacted immediately. One of them went to the scene, assessed the situation, and suspecting possible bodily injuries, decided not to move the victim until medical personnel arrived. To keep the girl conscious and prevent her condition from worsening, the officer continuously talked to her, monitoring her breathing and response to questions.

      Meanwhile, his colleague called an ambulance. When the doctors arrived, the bailiffs handed over the victim to them, briefly informing them about the circumstances of the incident and the measures taken.

      The regional office of the agency noted that this case confirms that bailiffs not only ensure safety and order in court buildings but are also ready to respond quickly to any emergency situations, applying first aid skills and a clear algorithm for interaction with emergency services.
